Our Christmas Fruit Cake is traditionally covered with a layer of Almond Icing and Fondant, creating a beautiful finish that makes it perfect for your Christmas table or as a special festive gift.

Our fruit cake is made with a generous mixture of:

• Slivered Almonds

The fruit is soaked in sweet Sherry for 12 months, allowing the flavours to develop and create a rich, delicious and beautifully moist Christmas fruit cake.
