Girraween's Gingerbread Creations

For over 30 years, Girraween Creations has been baking and decorating beautiful handcrafted Gingerbread Houses, Cookies, and specialty treats. We are a small home-based business located in Pakenham, Victoria, proudly registered with the Cardinia Shire Council.

Our gingerbread creations are completely edible - from the gingerbread itself right through to the decorations, including lollies, flowers, and figurines. We work with royal icing, fondant, and chocolate to create unique and memorable gifts for every occasion.

We currently offer 5 sizes in our Gingerbread House range, with custom sizes and designs also available. For corporate orders and special functions, we can incorporate your company logo and colours to create personalised edible gifts that leave a lasting impression.

Ordering Information:

• Minimum 7 days' notice is required for our standard range
• Custom designs require approximately 3-4 weeks' notice

All our gingerbread is baked fresh to order and has a shelf life of up to 3 months. After this time, the gingerbread may begin to dry slightly - perfect for dunking in your favourite cuppa!

Every product is beautifully packaged in either cellophane or an acetate gift box complete with a bow and gift card, making them ready to gift.
